It is our constant endeavour to despatch all medications via next day delivery courier which will require you to sign receipt upon arrival. However, this might not always be possible and there might be differences in delivery times for different countries on account of distance, custom checks and the service efficiency of your local postal service.

If you are not sure about your order being sent out or how long it is likely to take to be delivered, you can always check out the Prices page where the approximate delivery time for each medication is mentioned. Regardless of the pharmacy from where your order is dispensed, it will be despatched in secure and discrete packaging which does not reveal the contents in any way.

The packaging will carry no indication that it carries medication or that it has been sent from meds4all. You will be required to sign receipt of the order; however if you are not at available to accept the delivery, a card will be left notifying you about delivery having been attempted. The card will also provide you information on how and from where you can pick up your order delivery or re-arrange delivery at another time.

meds4all follows a policy of complete refund if your order is not delivered within 21 days; in such a case you can also opt to have the medication resent without any charges.
